Gargano: Sunset at Trabucco<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n There's a place where you can see the perfect sunset. It's called Al Trabucco da Mim\u00ec and it embodies all the poetry of the Gargano. A small enogastronomic reality that has been able to enhance the ancient fishing machine in the best possible way. The context is simply made of that infinite line that joins the sky with the sea. The flavors are strictly dictated by the catch of the day such as troccoli with cotto, white Adriatic shrimps and rosemary. Open from early April to late October, the average cost is 40 euros per person. We are in Peschici, a town from which to visit the \"old\" Vieste and the whole coast, down to Mattinata. The sunrise, as advised by Domenico Ottaviano of Trabucco di Mim\u00ec, can be admired from two locations: Torre di San Felice and Torre di Sfinale. And for those who want to discover the small villages of Gargano, very recommended is Vico with its narrow alley of the kiss, a street almost 50 centimeters wide which has become the symbol of the city. Here the traditional dish is the \"paposcia\", a stuffed pizza made with sourdough and cooked in a wood oven. But beyond food, the Gargano is the ideal destination for those who are passionate about sports, nature and archeology. Recommended is a visit to the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore in Siponto, next to which stands the three-dimensional installation by Edoardo Tresoldi. And at the end of the day, you can choose to spend the night in a country chic location near the sea as the Chiusa delle More. But the best advice is to trust word of mouth.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Itria Valley: wine therapy and relaxation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n In this itinerary, wine is the undisputed protagonist. Let's take for example the spa with vinotherapy, an antioxidant and beneficial treatment that stands out in the range of proposals dedicated to couples. Masseria Ancella, in Montalbano di Fasano, has transformed the old cistern into a contemporary spa where you can immerse yourself in vats filled with primitivo or negramaro. An experience of about one hour and 40 minutes exclusively reserved for two people, including massage and tasting of passito (sweet wine, home made), with dark chocolate or sweets made of almond paste, typical of the area. The masseria, dated back to 1722, has today 11 rooms of which three suites, two junior suites trullo and six rooms immersed in the vineyard. The cost is not excessive considering that their Valentine's Day costs 230 euros per couple, including a dinner inspired by the typical local cuisine revisited in a contemporary key. Certainly, the wine list will be noteworthy. The scenery in the surrounding area is in the ranking of the most fascinating experiences in Puglia, to be lived especially in autumn or spring: a walk among the trulli of Alberobello or in the historic center of Locorotondo, the cliffs of Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Martina Franca or the white city, Ostuni.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Minimal and elegant Salento: Tenuta Furnirussi<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The colors and scents of Salento from a unique point of view, surrounded by more than 4 thousand natural fig trees, aromatic herbs and paths designed for outdoor sports. We are at Tenuta Furnirossi, in the heart of Salento's Grec\u00eca, in Serrano, a small rural town. A luxurious structure entirely inspired by the Mediterranean and equipped with every comfort and service. Also recommended by CharmingPuglia.com, the Furnirussi estate is located 12 kilometers from Otranto. Summer is the best season to visit this area, also because it is the period when figs ripen. All around are some of the most beautiful beaches of the Salento coast, such as Porto Badisco, Torre Miggiano, San Foca and Santa Cesarea Terme.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Exclusive Carnival: Borgo Egnazia<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n The quiet and charm of the village adored by Madonna in an absolutely exclusive night.
