I plan weddings for couples who want to experience Puglia, not simply get married here.
For me, planning a wedding begins with understanding the people behind it: what matters to them, how they want their guests to feel, and what they want to remember when the celebrations are over.
My approach
The work begins
with listening.
Before the venue.
Before the flowers.
Before the timeline.
I have learned that the best weddings rarely begin with a theme. They begin with a conversation.
Most of the couples I work with are planning from abroad. They arrive with photographs, saved places and a hundred practical questions, but what matters to me first is understanding what they want the celebration to feel like.
That changes everything. A venue may be beautiful and still be wrong for the guest list. A supplier may be excellent and still not suit the atmosphere. A plan can look perfect on paper and become exhausting once everyone is actually here.
My role is to notice those things early, ask the questions that are easy to overlook, and bring the right people together around one clear idea.
Puglia is home. Knowing it well is not only about knowing beautiful places. It means understanding distances, seasons, how a venue works after sunset, where guests can stay, what happens if the weather changes, and which details are actually worth caring about.
What matters to me
I want couples to arrive in Italy feeling excited about what is ahead — not responsible for everything that still needs to happen.
Knowing the place
What photographs
don’t tell you.
01
Puglia can look deceptively simple in photographs. A stone masseria, an olive grove, the sea in the distance.
In reality, the feeling of a celebration depends on details that are much less obvious.
Distance matters. Two places that look close on a map can feel very different once guests are moving between hotels, ceremony spaces and dinner.
Timing matters too: light, heat, wind and the hour a space comes alive can change the entire rhythm of a day.
I pay attention to how people will actually experience a place. Where they arrive. Where they wait. Whether older guests will be comfortable. What happens if dinner moves inside. Whether the music can continue without fighting the space.
These are small things until they are not. They are often the difference between a wedding that looks beautiful and one that feels effortless.
The people behind the day
Good work
is never accidental.
Talent matters.
Reliability matters more than people expect.
A wedding is never made by one person. It comes together through many people doing their part well.
Over the years, I have become very careful about who I bring into a project. I am not interested in assembling the longest list of suppliers. I prefer people who are reliable, calm under pressure and good at reading a room.
Talent matters, of course. But so does timing. Communication. Flexibility. The way someone reacts when a plan changes ten minutes before guests arrive.
I stay close to the process because the smallest disconnect can affect the whole day. My job is to make sure everyone understands the same vision and knows what needs to happen next, so the couple never has to manage the team themselves.
When the right people are working together, the result feels natural. Guests do not see the coordination. They simply feel that everything is where it should be.
01
The right fit
Not every excellent professional is right for every celebration. The team has to fit the people, place and atmosphere.
02
Clear communication
Everyone should know the plan, the priorities and what is expected before the wedding day begins.
03
Calm under pressure
Plans sometimes change. What matters is solving the problem without allowing it to become part of the couple’s day.
