A venue may look perfect online and still be wrong for the way you want the day to flow. A beautiful property may have difficult access, limited accommodation nearby, restrictions on music or a rain plan that changes the experience completely.
Our work begins by understanding the wedding you actually want to host: how you want it to feel, how your guests will move through the day, what matters most to you and where you would rather not compromise.
From there, the decisions become more specific. We look at the place, the people, the timing, the logistics and the budget together, rather than treating them as separate parts of the wedding.

That local perspective matters. Do you plan weddings outside Puglia?
Yes. Puglia is our home and primary area of expertise, but we also take on selected weddings in other Italian destinations depending on the project, location and planning requirements.
Can you help us choose the venue?
Yes. Venue research and selection are part of the planning process. We consider not only aesthetics, but guest count, access, accommodation, privacy, event flow and practical restrictions.
How far in advance should we start?
Many destination weddings begin 12 to 24 months in advance, particularly when venue choice and supplier availability are important. The right timeline depends on the destination, guest count and complexity of the celebration.
How much does a wedding in Italy cost?

Can you plan a multi-day wedding?
Yes. Depending on the project, planning can include welcome events, the wedding day itself and additional guest experiences or farewell gatherings.
Can everything be planned remotely?
Yes. Most of our international couples plan with us from abroad. Site visits can be useful at key moments, but the planning process is designed to work remotely.
